Der Grossteil der Bewohner ist in der Zwischenzeit bereits eingezogen. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Die \u00dcberbauung Bellaria befindet sich an bevorzugter, leicht erh\u00f6hter Lage in Z\u00fcrich Wollishofen und umfasst insgesamt 13 f\u00fcnfgeschossige Mehrfamilienh\u00e4user mit insgesamt 180 Mietwohnungen. Auf dem rund 19\u2018000 m<\/span><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\">2 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">grossen Grundst\u00fcck realisierte Allreal vier teils identische Doppelh\u00e4user mit insgesamt 124 Wohnungen im g\u00fcnstigen Mietwohnungsstandard und vier Einzelh\u00e4user mit insgesamt 48 Wohnungen in gehobener Ausf\u00fchrung. Ein Mehrfamilienhaus mit 8 Mietwohnungen, welches auf der Nachbarparzelle realisiert wurde und das sich von der Fassengestaltung her deutlich vom Rest der \u00dcberbauung abhebt, geh\u00f6rt ebenfalls zum Projekt. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: DIN-Regular, DIN, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Ein ganzes Ensemble von Neubauten<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: DIN-Regular, DIN, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Die drei n\u00f6rdlichen Langh\u00e4user sind unterirdisch durch eine Tiefgarage miteinander verbunden. Diese bietet Platz f\u00fcr 62 Autos und 5 Motorr\u00e4der. Zw\u00f6lf Parkpl\u00e4tze sind mit Ladestationen f\u00fcr Elektroautos ausgestattet. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: DIN-Regular, DIN, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Auf dem Dach der Langh\u00e4user befindet sich eine Photovoltaik-Anlage. Der damit erzeugte Strom wird in das Stromnetzwerk der Elektrizit\u00e4tswerke Z\u00fcrich eingespeist. Die gesamte \u00dcberbauung wurde gem\u00e4ss dem SNBS Label 2.0 Platinum realisiert. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: DIN-Regular, DIN, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">F\u00fcr eine hohe Qualit\u00e4t in der Ausf\u00fchrung sorgte ein 4-k\u00f6pfiges Realisations-Team, welches t\u00e4glich vor Ort die anstehenden Facharbeiten plante, koordinierte und \u00fcberwachte. W\u00e4hrend der rund 30 Monate langen Bauzeit standen rund 250 Handwerker aus 70 verschiedenen Berufsgattungen im Einsatz.
