M\u00e4rz 2023 den Grundstein f\u00fcr ihr Projekt Central Malley gelegt. Das Projekt, die erste Phase der Neugestaltung der Industriebrache von Malley, erstreckt sich \u00fcber die Gemeinden Prilly und Renens unmittelbar beim Sportzentrum und dem Einkaufszentrums Malley Lumi\u00e8res. (Bild: SBB)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Das geplante \u00d6koquartier Central Malley wird rund 200 Wohnungen, B\u00fcro- und Gesch\u00e4ftsfl\u00e4chen bieten und gleichzeitig einen nachhaltigen Umweltansatz verfolgen. Die SBB entwickeln dort ein Projekt, das auf die Energieautonomie der Geb\u00e4ude abzielt. Central Malley wird nach Minergie P-Eco und als 2000-Watt-Areal zertifiziert.<\/p>\n<p>Die Bauarbeiten haben im Fr\u00fchling 2022 begonnen. Die ersten Geb\u00e4ude werden 2024 fertiggestellt sein.
