{"id":15364,"date":"2022-06-14T15:54:34","date_gmt":"2022-06-14T13:54:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fachbau.ch\/?p=15364"},"modified":"2022-06-14T15:54:34","modified_gmt":"2022-06-14T13:54:34","slug":"die-rosa-tunnelbohrmaschine-ist-bereit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fachbau.ch\/de\/die-baustellen\/2022-06-14\/die-rosa-tunnelbohrmaschine-ist-bereit\/","title":{"rendered":"Die rosa Tunnelbohrmaschine ist bereit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bald wird die Einfachschild-Tunnelbohrmaschine (TBM) im Innern der Startr\u00f6hre ihre Arbeit aufnehmen und rund f\u00fcnf Kilometer in Richtung Norden vorstossen. Der Bohrkopf hat einen Durchmesser von 7,4 Meter. Bei einer Gesamtl\u00e4nge von 175 Meter bringt die Maschine ein Gewicht von rund 1110 Tonnen auf die Waage. Schon im Herstellwerk bei Herrenknecht in Schwanau<br \/>\nDE hat die TBM mit ihrer aussergew\u00f6hnlichen rosa Farbe f\u00fcr Aufmerksamkeit gesorgt. Kaum ein Mitarbeitender oder Besucher ist an der Maschine vorbeigegangen, ohne kurz anzuhalten oder ein Foto zu schiessen.<\/p>\n<h3>Der Zugangsstollen S\u00fcd\u200b<\/h3>\n<p>Die TBM wird nun durch die 80 Meter lange Startr\u00f6hre zum Felsen vorgeschoben und mit den restlichen Nachl\u00e4ufer-Elementen best\u00fcckt. Diese Startr\u00f6hre ist aus geologischen und bautechnischen Gr\u00fcnden im Lockergesteinsvortrieb aufgefahren worden. Die dortige Geologie hat sich als \u00e4usserst schlecht herausgestellt. (Foto: Marti Tunnel AG)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ab diesem Sommer arbeitet sich die TBM in n\u00f6rdlicher Richtung zu einer St\u00f6rzone, der sogenannten \u00abGuspis-Zone\u00bb, rund f\u00fcnf Kilometer vom Portal in Airolo entfernt. Diese St\u00f6rzone wird sp\u00e4ter durch das Hauptlos 341 durch\u00f6rtert und gesichert. So kann im Anschluss die grosse Tunnelbohrmaschine f\u00fcr den Strassentunnel mit ihrem Durchmesser von 12,6 Meter die St\u00f6rzone ohne Komplikationen durchqueren. Nach der Fertigstellung des Strassentunnels dient dieser Zugangsstollen unter Betrieb als L\u00fcftungs- und Drainagestollen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Los 343 Zugangsstollen Gotthard S\u00fcd ist ein Teilprojekt der zweiten R\u00f6hre des Gotthard-Strassentunnels.
